Trammell Crow Company Teams with KGI to provide
Wireless Communications Sites at Bank of America Retail Banking Centers

AUSTIN, TX —Trammell Crow Company's Wireless Solutions Group (TCC-WSG), Bank of America, and Kampen and Greenwell, Inc. (KGI) join forces to launch a wireless site program that offers approximately 3,500 Bank of America banking centers nationwide for installation of stealth wireless communications sites. These bank-owned properties are now available for wireless systems build out using existing site configurations such as flagpoles, light poles or trees. KGI will provide online marketing and application processing services for these new wireless sites.

“We selected KGI because of its marketing performance with wireless carriers and its reputation for first-class service,“ said Jason Warner, Senior Vice President of TCC’s Wireless Solutions Group. TCC is enabling quick application approvals and competitive pricing for high-demand sites in difficult zoning areas. Once a site application is submitted, TCC’s WSG will manage the licensing process from negotiation through construction closeout.
