The tower is 0.25 mile west of State Road 13 and 0.75 mile south of State Road 153 in Spencer, Wisconsin. Thirteen antennas and 9 microwave dishes are mounted on the 365 foot tower. Two temperature-controlled equipment shelters and 6 earth stations are located near the base. There is ample ground space for additional shelters. A fence encloses the site.
