Contract Specialist
KGI has multiple openings for Contract Specialists in our
Austin, Texas corporate office and for persons who prefer working
remotely from your office-in-the-home. Contract Specialist positions
are available to persons with three or more years wireless carrier
experience, and if you choose to work remotely, two or more years experience working successfully from your home-office.
Contract Specialist Roles and Responsibilities include:
▪ Collaboration with tower owners, landlords, collocation
applicants, carriers, engineers, land owners, local government
agencies, and other wireless professionals during each step of the
tower collocation process
▪ Tower collocation workflow and cycle time documentation
▪ License agreement forecasting
▪ Document package preparation and collaboration with KGI's
paralegal support team
▪ Collocation project management
Advanced organizational skills are required. Wireless site
acquisition experience, project management experience, and
experience in legal document review are preferred. If you want to

Consultant

openings for Site Acquisition Consultants in our Austin,
Texas corporate office and for persons who prefer working remotely
from your office-in-the-home. Site Acquisition Professionals
positions are available to persons with three or more years wireless
carrier experience, and if you choose to work remotely, two or more
years experience working successfully from your home-office.
Site Acquisition Consultant Roles and Responsibilities include:
▪ Canvassing real estate options for new cell sites, including
initial site identification, contract negotiations,
zoning/permitting, lease package preparation and others
▪ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
▪ Document package preparation and collaboration with KGI's
support teams
▪ Roles may also include managing teams of site acquisition
professionals for large carrier assignments
Advanced organizational skills are required. Wireless site
acquisition experience, project management experience, and
