KGI recently finalized agreements to promote 300 towers for Alltel’s Midwest Wireless and 15 Gulf States Towers sites. The company also completed a comprehensive marketing audit for 360 Adelphia cable towers, identifying new collocation revenue opportunities for KGI client, Time Warner Cable.
The addition of this new tower inventory helped the 10-year-old company reach a portfolio milestone—10,000 towers and other sites representing over two billion dollars worth of prime radio tower assets covering 80% of the major wireless markets in 3,600 cities and 48 states.
New tower inventory is now available on KGI’s proprietary WebMap™ System. The

COLLOCATING ON BRAND NEW TOWERS OFFERS BIG BENEFITS
Understanding the advantages of collocating on new steel, KGI now offers access to hundreds of brand new towers in prime locations. Each new structure has a major wireless carrier, capacity for up to four new licensees and most importantly, has been
designed and built for collocation.
There are many good reasons to choose new steel, including better and stronger towers, fewer RF hassles, NEPA compliant, more compound space, more choice heights, and more tower space. And because KGI has access to all documents and construction drawings, completing the collocation process on a new tower is significantly faster and easier.
